Policies & Aftercare – The Suite Lash

Preparation for your eyelash extension appointment…

Must be 18 years old or accompanied by a parent. Please, avoid caffeine 4 hours before and come with freshly cleansed eye area and no eye creams for every appointment. After your appointment you will need to avoid moisture and eye makeup for 24 hours. You will have to lay still with eyes closed 1-3 hours depending on service. Please, leave small children at home. Accepting payment in cash or debit/credit card only. Free street parking. Parking lot is reserved for employees only.

New requirements due to Covid-19…

Clients must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving at the service provider location. Please, refer to cdc.gov/coronavirus
Clients may not bring other guests with them.
Regular hand washing is recommended to avoid the spread of illness.
Masks are no longer required but you may provide your own. Let the technician know if you would like them to wear one, also.

Cancelation policy…

Cancelation policy is 24 hours but please let us know ASAP if you need to reschedule and allow us enough time to fill the appointment slot and to avoid a fee of 50% of the service price.

Aftercare…

NO moisture for 24 hours.
Avoid touching and sleeping on your lashes.
Use only oil free products around the eye area.
If you choose to wear makeup on the eye area it must also be oil free and removed every night. No waterproof makeup.
Gently cleanse with an oil free cleanser compatible with lash extensions using a soft bristled make-up brush. Rinse thoroughly and lightly pat dry. The cleaner your lashes, the longer they will last.
Do not use mechanical or heated eyelash curlers.
Avoid extreme heat which will singe the extensions or damage the glue bond.
Come see me every 2-3 weeks.
PLEASE, cleanse your lashes right before ALL your appointments. Any residue will cause improper bonding of the extension and natural lash.
